Setup couldn't start properly please reboot your PC

I received the error "Setup couldn't start properly please reboot your PC" when trying to install Windows 10 from a created boot key for Windows 10, rebooting did not resove the issue.

Solution that I found worked was quite simple:

Open File Explorer

Look on install drive for a folder called "Windows.old"

Delete or rename this folder.

Once the above is done, Windows should install with out hitch.
